Max Payout

Per round cap on Stake

The maximum win in Stake Darts is 500× your bet, achievable by landing in the highest-value bullseye zone on the hardest difficulty setting. On lower difficulty settings the max multiplier available is reduced, but the hit probability for high-value zones increases proportionally.

Stake's $500,000 per-round cap applies regardless of multiplier. Darts' multi-bet feature means you can place several throws per round, effectively smoothing variance compared to single-bet Originals.

How Stake Darts Works

Darts puts you in front of a virtual dartboard with multiplier zones arranged like a real board — outer rings, inner rings, and a bullseye. You set your wager and select a difficulty level, then launch a dart.

The difficulty level determines which multipliers are available and how they're distributed across the board. Higher difficulty means bigger multiplier potential in the high-value zones, but those zones make up a smaller portion of the board.

One of the unique features of Darts is the ability to place multiple bets at once — like throwing several darts at the board simultaneously — keeping the action faster and more dynamic than single-bet originals.

How to Play Darts on Stake

1

Choose Your Difficulty Level

Select from available difficulty settings before placing your bet. Lower difficulty gives more consistent smaller wins. Higher difficulty opens up bigger multipliers but with lower hit probability.

2

Set Your Bet Amount

Enter your wager. Darts supports all Stake-compatible cryptocurrencies. You can also place multiple bets simultaneously to throw more than one dart per round.

3

Launch the Dart

Hit the Bet button. The dart is thrown and lands on a zone of the board — determined by Stake's provably fair system. Your payout is the bet amount × the multiplier of the zone hit.

4

Verify Your Result

After each throw, you can verify the result via Stake's fairness tab. The dart's landing zone is determined by a cryptographic seed committed to before the throw.

Darts Strategies

Match Difficulty to Bankroll

Higher difficulty levels carry more variance. If your bankroll is smaller, stick to lower difficulty for more consistent payouts. Higher difficulty is best for larger bankrolls that can absorb variance swings.

Multiple Bets for Faster Play

Use the multi-bet feature to place several small bets per round rather than one large single bet. This spreads your risk across multiple throws and provides more engagement per session.

Flat Betting Across Sessions

Keep each Darts bet at 1–2% of your session bankroll. The 500× max win means rare events drive most upside — consistent small bets maximise the number of throws you get per session budget.

Set a Session Exit Point

Decide your profit target and stop-loss before starting. Darts sessions can move fast with multi-bet play — pre-committing to exit conditions is the most effective risk management tool.

Provably Fair Verification

Every dart throw in Stake Darts is determined by a cryptographic server seed committed to before you place your bet. The dart's landing zone is calculated from this seed after the round — you can verify any throw on Stake's fairness tab. No outcome can be altered after your bet is confirmed.
