Per round cap on Stake

The verified maximum multiplier in Stake Moles is 5,649,504× — achieved by perfectly chaining a long sequence of mole hits across high-difficulty configurations. The compounding nature of each successful hit multiplies your return rapidly with every additional mole struck without a miss.

Stake's $500,000 per-round cap applies regardless of multiplier. For most practical play, Moles sessions average much lower multipliers — the appeal is the escalating tension of each hit and the decision to cash out before a miss ends the round.

How Stake Moles Works

Moles is a fast-paced arcade-style game that brings the classic whack-a-mole fairground experience to crypto gambling. You set your wager, choose how many moles appear on the board, and then the action begins.

Once the round starts, moles pop out of their holes. Every mole you successfully hit increases your win multiplier. If you miss a mole — it retreats and the round ends immediately, and your wager is lost.

The key mechanic: you can cash out at any time when you have a winning balance, locking in your current multiplier before risking another miss. The longer you keep hitting, the bigger the multiplier grows — but one miss ends everything.

How to Play Moles on Stake

1

Set Your Wager

Enter your bet amount. Moles accepts all Stake-supported cryptocurrencies — BTC, ETH, SOL, LTC, DOGE, and more.

2

Select Number of Moles

Choose how many moles will appear on the board per round. More moles = more hits required to build your multiplier, but also more targets to aim at.

3

Hit Every Mole

As the moles pop up, click each one before it retreats. Each successful hit grows your multiplier. One miss and the round is over — your bet is lost.

4

Cash Out or Keep Going

At any point when you have a winning balance, you can cash out and lock in your multiplier. The decision of when to stop is entirely yours.

Moles Strategies

Cash Out Early — Don't Chase

The most reliable Moles strategy is to set a modest target multiplier and cash out the moment you hit it. Every additional hit after your target is unnecessary risk. One miss resets your earnings to zero.

Fewer Moles for More Control

Selecting fewer moles per round gives you fewer targets to react to simultaneously, reducing the chance of missing one. Fewer moles also tends to produce more predictable pacing per hit.

Flat Betting Across Sessions

Keep each Moles bet at 1–2% of your session bankroll. The one-miss-loses mechanic can produce fast losing streaks — consistent bet sizing protects you from quick bankroll depletion.

Concentrate Your Cursor

Keep your cursor near the center of the board between mole appearances. This minimises travel distance to any position, improving your reaction time on moles that appear at the edges.

Provably Fair Verification

Every Moles round is provably fair. The mole positions and timing are determined by a cryptographic server seed before the round begins. After each round, the seed is revealed — you can independently verify that all mole appearances matched the pre-committed hash.
